Effective October 27, 2026. This page describes the data flows implemented in Video Model.
Your creative work
Images selected in the creative studio are previewed locally. Prompts and reference images are not uploaded by the studio. Downloaded briefs are saved on your device.
Account information
We record registration email, registration and login IP addresses when available, approximate IP location, browser information, login outcomes, and timestamps to operate and protect accounts. Authorized administrators may review these records. If you choose to register or sign in, your email address and authentication information are processed by the configured Supabase authentication service. Email passwords are sent directly over HTTPS to that service. Google sign-in is handled by Google and Supabase; Video Model does not receive your Google password.
Browser storage
The authentication SDK stores session and refresh tokens in browser storage to keep you signed in. Signing out clears this device’s local authentication session. Do not use an account on a device you do not trust.
Email and service providers
Registration confirmations and password reset messages are delivered by the email provider configured for the authentication service. Hosting and authentication providers may process connection metadata such as IP addresses for service operation and abuse prevention.
Retention and account requests
Locally downloaded briefs remain until you delete them. Account records remain with the configured authentication provider until the operator deletes them. Use the Contact page to request access, correction, or account deletion. Signing out does not delete an account.
Analytics and updates
Recharge orders, credit changes, payment event identifiers and administrator actions are stored for service operation and reconciliation. Waffo Pancake processes payment details on its hosted checkout; this website does not collect card numbers. This implementation does not include advertising trackers or analytics. This notice may be updated when the service or its data practices change.
